Assessment of Process Capability Level in University XYZ Based on COBIT 2019

Abstract University XYZ is a state university in East Kalimantan, which established 2014. All of its academic and non-academic activities are supported by information technology managed the Information Communication Technology Unit (ICT Unit). implements an governance system that aims to support business strategy goals optimally. systems must be well process XYZ. This study evaluate capability using COBIT 2019 framework. uses design tools core model system, then provide assistance determining adjusted level assessment. The result this research recommendation or implemented will conclude there 11 Governance Management Objectives have priority more than 50%. conducts evaluation phase so recommendations obtained for development governance.
